Chicken Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 500 g boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, julienned
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp (OsoNri) spice blend
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup water or chicken broth
- Optional: A dash of smoky mix
Instructions:
- Marinate: Toss chicken slices with half the (OsoNri) blend.
- Stir-Fry: In a wok or large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper for 2 minutes.
- Cook Chicken: Add chicken and the remaining spice blend (plus optional smoky mix) and stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until cooked.
- Finish: Pour in water or broth, heat through for an additional 2 minutes, then serve over rice or noodles.
