Chicken Wraps
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp (IheAzu) spice blend mixed into 3 tbsp plain yogurt
Instructions:
- Prepare Sauce: Mix the (IheAzu) blend into the yogurt to create a creamy spread.
- Assemble Wraps: Spread the sauce on each tortilla. Top with grilled chicken, lettuce, and bell pepper.
- Dress & Roll: Drizzle with lemon juice, roll tightly, and serve immediately.
