Coconut Beef Curry
Ingredients:
- 600 g beef stew meat (cubed)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can (400 ml) coconut milk
- 2 tbsp (NtuUto) spice blend
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp oil
- Optional: A pinch of smoky flavour mix
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
- Brown the Beef: In a heavy pot, heat oil over medium-high heat. Brown the beef cubes until lightly seared.
- Sauté Aromatics: Add the onion and garlic; cook until soft.
- Combine: Stir in the (NtuUto) blend. Pour in coconut milk and beef broth.
- Simmer: Bring to a gentle simmer, cover, and cook for 1.5–2 hours until the beef is tender.
- Finish: Optionally stir in a pinch of smoky mix and garnish with cilantro. Serve over rice.
