Coconut Beef Curry

Ingredients: 
  • 600 g beef stew meat (cubed)
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 can (400 ml) coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp (NtuUto) spice blend
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Optional: A pinch of smoky flavour mix
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
  1. Brown the Beef: In a heavy pot, heat oil over medium-high heat. Brown the beef cubes until lightly seared.
  2. Sauté Aromatics: Add the onion and garlic; cook until soft.
  3. Combine: Stir in the (NtuUto) blend. Pour in coconut milk and beef broth.
  4. Simmer: Bring to a gentle simmer, cover, and cook for 1.5–2 hours until the beef is tender.
  5. Finish: Optionally stir in a pinch of smoky mix and garnish with cilantro. Serve over rice.
