Coconut Fish Curry
Ingredients:
- 4 white fish fillets (snapper or tilapia)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp (NtuUto) spice blend
- 1 can (400 ml) coconut milk
- 1 cup fish broth or water
- 1 tbsp oil
- Optional: A dash of smoky mix
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
- Sauté: In a pot, heat oil over medium heat; sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
- Spice: Add the (NtuUto) blend and stir for 1 minute.
- Simmer: Pour in coconut milk and broth, then gently add the fish fillets. Simmer for 10 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
- Finish: Optionally stir in smoky mix, garnish with cilantro, and serve with rice.
