Coconut Pork Skewers

Ingredients: 
  • 600 g pork tenderloin, cut into 2-cm cubes
  • 1 large onion, cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp (NtuUto) spice blend
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk (from the can)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Wooden skewers (soaked for 30 minutes)
  • Optional: A dash of smoky mix for brushing
Instructions:
  1. Marinate: Toss pork cubes with (NtuUto) blend, coconut milk, and olive oil. Let marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. Skewer: Thread pork and onion wedges onto skewers.
  3. Grill: Grill over medium heat for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally. Brush with smoky mix if using.
  4. Serve: Enjoy with a squeeze of lime and a side salad.
