Coconut Pork Skewers
Ingredients:
- 600 g pork tenderloin, cut into 2-cm cubes
- 1 large onion, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp (NtuUto) spice blend
- 2 tbsp coconut milk (from the can)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Wooden skewers (soaked for 30 minutes)
- Optional: A dash of smoky mix for brushing
Instructions:
- Marinate: Toss pork cubes with (NtuUto) blend, coconut milk, and olive oil. Let marinate for 20 minutes.
- Skewer: Thread pork and onion wedges onto skewers.
- Grill: Grill over medium heat for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally. Brush with smoky mix if using.
- Serve: Enjoy with a squeeze of lime and a side salad.
