Fish Curry

Ingredients: 
  • Whole fish or fillets (cod or tilapia work well)
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp (Ifvenli) spice blend
  • 1 can (400 ml) coconut milk
  • 1 cup fish or vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Optional: A dash of smoky mix
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
  1. Sauté: In a large pot, heat oil and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  2. Spice It: Stir in the (Ifvenli) blend and toast for 1 minute.
  3. Simmer: Add coconut milk and broth, then gently add fish fillets. Simmer for 10 minutes until fish is cooked.
  4. Finish: Stir in smoky mix if using, garnish with cilantro, and serve with steamed rice.
