Fish en Papillote
Ingredients:
- Whole fish (such as cod or halibut)
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tbsp (Sutu Okpoo) spice blend
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Parchment paper sheets
- Optional: A dash of smoky mix
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Set oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Assemble Parcels: Place each fish fillet on a parchment sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with (Sutu Okpoo) blend, garlic, onion slices, salt, pepper, and optional smoky mix.
- Seal & Bake: Fold the parchment to create a sealed packet. Place on a baking tray and bake for 12–15 minutes.
- Serve: Open the packets carefully, garnish with fresh dill, and serve with a side salad.
