Fish Stew
Ingredients:
- 4 white fish fillets (snapper or tilapia work well)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tomatoes, chopped (or 400 g canned)
- 2 tbsp (OseUto) spice blend
- 1 cup fish or vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Optional: A dash of smoky mix
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
- Sauté: In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Build Stew: Add tomatoes and (OseUto) blend; stir for 1 minute.
- Simmer: Pour in broth, add fish fillets gently, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes until the fish is cooked.
- Finish: Stir in optional smoky mix, garnish with cilantro, and serve hot with crusty bread.
