Glazed Pork Belly

Ingredients: 
  • 800 g pork belly, skin scored
  • 2 tbsp (OseUto) spice blend
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional: A light sprinkle of smoky mix
Instructions:
  1. Marinate: Rub the pork belly with the (OseUto) blend. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Sear: In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the pork belly, skin side down, until crispy.
  3. Glaze: Mix honey and apple cider vinegar (add smoky mix if desired). Brush over the pork.
  4. Roast: Transfer the skillet to a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) and roast for 45–50 minutes until tender.
  5. Serve: Slice and serve with steamed greens.
