Glazed Pork Belly
Ingredients:
- 800 g pork belly, skin scored
- 2 tbsp (OseUto) spice blend
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Optional: A light sprinkle of smoky mix
Instructions:
- Marinate: Rub the pork belly with the (OseUto) blend. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Sear: In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the pork belly, skin side down, until crispy.
- Glaze: Mix honey and apple cider vinegar (add smoky mix if desired). Brush over the pork.
- Roast: Transfer the skillet to a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) and roast for 45–50 minutes until tender.
- Serve: Slice and serve with steamed greens.
