Grilled Fish Fillets
Ingredients:
- 4 white fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp EhuruAja spice blend
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Dash of smoky mix
Instructions:
- Marinate: Brush fillets with olive oil, lemon juice, and EhuruAja; let sit for 10 minutes.
- Grill: Preheat grill or pan; cook fish 3–4 minutes per side until opaque.
- Finish: Optionally sprinkle with smoky mix; serve with a wedge of lemon and steamed greens.
