Grilled Fish Fillets

Ingredients: 
  • 4 white fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp EhuruAja spice blend
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Dash of smoky mix
Instructions:
  1. Marinate: Brush fillets with olive oil, lemon juice, and EhuruAja; let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Grill: Preheat grill or pan; cook fish 3–4 minutes per side until opaque.
  3. Finish: Optionally sprinkle with smoky mix; serve with a wedge of lemon and steamed greens.
