Grilled Fish with Tamarind Glaze

Ingredients: 
  • Whole fish (snapper, tilapia, or similar)
  • 2 tbsp (Umimi) spice blend
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp tamarind paste mixed with 1 tbsp water
  • Optional: A light brush of smoky mix
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
  1. Marinate Fish: Rub fish fillets with olive oil, lime juice, (Umimi) blend, and optional smoky mix. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill: Grill on medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side until the fish flakes easily.
  3. Glaze: Brush with tamarind paste during the last minute of grilling.
  4. Serve: Garnish with cilantro and serve with a side of grilled vegetables.
