Grilled Fish with Tamarind Glaze
Ingredients:
- Whole fish (snapper, tilapia, or similar)
- 2 tbsp (Umimi) spice blend
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsp tamarind paste mixed with 1 tbsp water
- Optional: A light brush of smoky mix
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
- Marinate Fish: Rub fish fillets with olive oil, lime juice, (Umimi) blend, and optional smoky mix. Season with salt and pepper.
- Grill: Grill on medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side until the fish flakes easily.
- Glaze: Brush with tamarind paste during the last minute of grilling.
- Serve: Garnish with cilantro and serve with a side of grilled vegetables.
