Grilled Lamb Chops

Ingredients: 
  • 4 lamb chops
  • 2 tbsp (IheAzu) spice blend
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:
  1. Marinate: Rub lamb chops with olive oil, (IheAzu) spice blend, and a pinch of salt. Let marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill lamb chops for 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  3. Serve: Squeeze lemon over the chops and serve with a light salad.
