Grilled Lamb Chops
Ingredients:
- 4 lamb chops
- 2 tbsp (IheAzu) spice blend
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:
- Marinate: Rub lamb chops with olive oil, (IheAzu) spice blend, and a pinch of salt. Let marinate for 20 minutes.
- Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill lamb chops for 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Serve: Squeeze lemon over the chops and serve with a light salad.
