Grilled Lamb Chops
Ingredients:
- 4 lamb chops
- 2 tbsp (OsoNri) spice blend
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
- Optional: A light brush of smoky mix
Instructions:
- Marinate: Rub lamb chops with olive oil, (OsoNri) blend, and a pinch of salt. Optionally, brush with a little smoky mix. Let rest for 20 minutes.
- Grill: Preheat the grill to medium-high and grill lamb chops for 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Finish: Squeeze lemon juice over the chops and serve with a simple salad.
