Grilled Lamb Chops

Ingredients: 
  • 4 lamb chops
  • 2 tbsp (OsoNri) spice blend
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Optional: A light brush of smoky mix
Instructions:
  1. Marinate: Rub lamb chops with olive oil, (OsoNri) blend, and a pinch of salt. Optionally, brush with a little smoky mix. Let rest for 20 minutes.
  2. Grill: Preheat the grill to medium-high and grill lamb chops for 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  3. Finish: Squeeze lemon juice over the chops and serve with a simple salad.
