Grilled Lamb Skewers
Ingredients:
- 600 g lamb leg, cut into 2-cm cubes
- 2 tbsp (OseUto) spice blend
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges
- Wooden skewers (soaked for 30 minutes)
- Optional: A light brush of smoky mix
Instructions:
- Marinate: Toss lamb cubes with the spice blend, olive oil, and optional smoky mix. Let marinate for 20 minutes.
- Skewer: Thread lamb and onion alternately onto skewers.
- Grill: Grill over medium-high heat for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally until lamb is cooked to your liking.
- Serve: Serve with a squeeze of lemon and a side salad.
