Lamb Burgers with Spiced Chutney

Ingredients: 
  • 600g ground lamb
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp (OseOji Okpoo) spice blend
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • For Chutney: 1 ripe tomato, finely diced, 1 red chilli finely chopped, a splash of vinegar, a pinch of salt
  • Burger buns and fresh greens for serving
Instructions:
  1. Mix: Combine ground lamb with red onion, spice blend, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
  2. Cook: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook patties for 5–6 minutes per side until desired doneness.
  3. Prepare Chutney: In a small bowl, mix tomato, chilli, vinegar, and salt.
  4. Assemble: Serve lamb burgers on buns topped with spiced chutney and greens.
