Lamb Chops

Ingredients: 
  • 4 lamb chops
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp EhuruAja spice blend
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • Optional: Light sprinkle of smoky mix
Instructions:
  1. Prep: Rub lamb chops with EhuruAja; let rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Sear: Heat oil in a skillet; sear chops 3–4 minutes per side.
  3. Sauté: Remove chops; quickly sauté onion in the same pan.
  4. Rest: Return chops to warm them briefly (1–2 minutes).
  5. Finish: Optionally add smoky mix; serve with a green salad.
