Lamb Curry
Ingredients:
- 600 g lamb shoulder, cut into cubes
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp (OseUto) spice blend
- 1 can (400 g) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup lamb or vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Optional: A dash of smoky mix
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
- Brown Lamb: In a heavy pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and brown lamb cubes.
- Aromatics: Add onion and garlic; cook until fragrant.
- Simmer: Stir in the (OseUto) blend and diced tomatoes, then add broth and optional smoky mix. Cover and simmer for 1.5–2 hours until lamb is tender.
- Finish: Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with rice or naan.
