Lamb Curry

Ingredients: 
  • 600 g lamb shoulder, cut into cubes
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp (OseUto) spice blend
  • 1 can (400 g) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup lamb or vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional: A dash of smoky mix
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
  1. Brown Lamb: In a heavy pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and brown lamb cubes.
  2. Aromatics: Add onion and garlic; cook until fragrant.
  3. Simmer: Stir in the (OseUto) blend and diced tomatoes, then add broth and optional smoky mix. Cover and simmer for 1.5–2 hours until lamb is tender.
  4. Finish: Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with rice or naan.
