Lamb Kofta Kebabs

Ingredients: 
  • 600 g ground lamb
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp (Umimi) spice blend
  • 1 egg (optional, for binding)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Wooden skewers (soaked for 30 minutes)
  • For Mint Chutney: 1 cup fresh mint, 1 garlic clove, juice of 1 lemon, salt
Instructions:
  1. Mix: In a bowl, combine ground lamb, grated onion, garlic, (Umimi) blend, egg, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form: Shape the mixture into small kofta and thread onto skewers.
  3. Grill: Grill over medium-high heat for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally.
  4. Chutney: Blend mint, garlic, lemon juice, and salt into a smooth sauce.
  5. Serve: Drizzle with mint chutney and serve with flatbread.
