Lamb Kofta Kebabs
Ingredients:
- 600 g ground lamb
- 1 small onion, grated
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp (Umimi) spice blend
- 1 egg (optional, for binding)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Wooden skewers (soaked for 30 minutes)
- For Mint Chutney: 1 cup fresh mint, 1 garlic clove, juice of 1 lemon, salt
Instructions:
- Mix: In a bowl, combine ground lamb, grated onion, garlic, (Umimi) blend, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Form: Shape the mixture into small kofta and thread onto skewers.
- Grill: Grill over medium-high heat for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Chutney: Blend mint, garlic, lemon juice, and salt into a smooth sauce.
- Serve: Drizzle with mint chutney and serve with flatbread.
