Lamb Skewers with Mint Yogurt
Ingredients:
- 600 g lamb leg, cut into 2-cm cubes
- 2 tbsp (Ifvenli) spice blend
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges
- Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
- For Mint Yogurt: 1 cup plain yogurt, a handful of fresh mint (chopped), salt to taste
Instructions:
- Marinate: Toss lamb cubes and onion wedges with olive oil and the (Ifvenli) blend. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
- Skewer: Thread lamb and onion alternately onto skewers.
- Grill: Cook on a preheated grill for 8–10 minutes until your preferred doneness.
- Prepare Sauce: Mix yogurt, mint, and salt.
- Serve: Drizzle the mint yogurt over skewers, optionally dust with smoky mix, and enjoy.
