Lamb Skewers with Mint Yogurt

Ingredients: 
  • 600 g lamb leg, cut into 2-cm cubes
  • 2 tbsp (Ifvenli) spice blend
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges
  • Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
  • For Mint Yogurt: 1 cup plain yogurt, a handful of fresh mint (chopped), salt to taste
Instructions:
  1. Marinate: Toss lamb cubes and onion wedges with olive oil and the (Ifvenli) blend. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Skewer: Thread lamb and onion alternately onto skewers.
  3. Grill: Cook on a preheated grill for 8–10 minutes until your preferred doneness.
  4. Prepare Sauce: Mix yogurt, mint, and salt.
  5. Serve: Drizzle the mint yogurt over skewers, optionally dust with smoky mix, and enjoy.
