Meat fries

Ingredients: Meat, salt, Ifvenli mixed spice seasoning, oil, (Optional: spices, herbs and vegetables of choice)

  1. Cut the meat into very thin strips.
  2. Place meat in a bowl and add in ifvenli spice and salt (if required).
  3. Mix thoroughly to ensure that the spice coats the meat all over.
  4. Pour some oil in a frying pan and heat up.
  5. Pour in the spiced meat and shallow fry.
  6. Sprinkle ifvenli spice on the cooked meat.
  7. Serve straight or with some other accompaniments.

Style options:

  • You can use chicken, fish or vegetables like potatoes in place of meat.
  • Dice the meat rather than cutting in thin strips.
  • You can add other spices or herbs in addition to ifvenli spice.
  • You can add other things like vegetables of choice, noodles, boiled rice, etc. halfway during cooking.
