Pork Chops

Ingredients: 
  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp EhuruAja spice blend
  • ½ cup chicken broth or water
  • Optional: Light sprinkle of smoky mix
Instructions:
  1. Prep: Rub pork chops with the spice blend.
  2. Sear: Heat oil in a skillet; sear pork chops 3 minutes per side until golden.
  3. Sauté: Add onion and garlic; cook until soft.
  4. Simmer: Add broth, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Finish: Optionally add smoky mix; serve with steamed veggies.
