Pork Lettuce Cups
Ingredients:
- 500 g ground pork
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp (OsoNri) spice blend
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Iceberg lettuce leaves
- Optional: A dash of smoky mix
Instructions:
- Cook Pork: In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until soft. Add ground pork and cook until no longer pink.
- Season: Stir in the (OsoNri) blend, soy sauce, and optional smoky mix. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Assemble: Spoon the pork mixture into crisp lettuce leaves.
- Serve: Enjoy these fresh, flavourful pork lettuce cups as a light meal.
