Pork Lettuce Cups

Ingredients: 
  • 500 g ground pork
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp (OsoNri) spice blend
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Iceberg lettuce leaves
  • Optional: A dash of smoky mix
Instructions:
  1. Cook Pork: In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until soft. Add ground pork and cook until no longer pink.
  2. Season: Stir in the (OsoNri) blend, soy sauce, and optional smoky mix. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. Assemble: Spoon the pork mixture into crisp lettuce leaves.
  4. Serve: Enjoy these fresh, flavourful pork lettuce cups as a light meal.
