Pork Schnitzel
Ingredients:
- 500 g pork loin, pounded thin
- 2 tbsp (OseUto) spice blend
- 1 egg, beaten (optional)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Oil for frying
- Optional: A dusting of smoky mix in the breadcrumb coating
Instructions:
- Season: Sprinkle the pork with salt, pepper, and the (OseUto) blend.
- Coat: Dip each cutlet in egg (if using), then dredge in breadcrumbs mixed with optional smoky mix.
- Fry: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry each cutlet for 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
- Serve: Drain on paper towels and serve with lemon wedges and a simple salad.
