Pork Schnitzel

Ingredients: 
  • 500 g pork loin, pounded thin
  • 2 tbsp (OseUto) spice blend
  • 1 egg, beaten (optional)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • Optional: A dusting of smoky mix in the breadcrumb coating
Instructions:
  1. Season: Sprinkle the pork with salt, pepper, and the (OseUto) blend.
  2. Coat: Dip each cutlet in egg (if using), then dredge in breadcrumbs mixed with optional smoky mix.
  3. Fry: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry each cutlet for 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
  4. Serve: Drain on paper towels and serve with lemon wedges and a simple salad.
