Pork Stir-Fry with Vegetables

Ingredients: 
  • 500 g pork loin, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 broccoli head, cut into florets
  • 1 medium carrot, julienned
  • 2 tbsp (Ifvenli) spice blend
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 cup water or stock
  • Optional: A dash of smoky mix
Instructions:
  1. Marinate: Toss the pork slices with (Ifvenli) blend and soy sauce. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Stir-Fry: In a wok or large skillet, heat oil over high heat. Add pork and stir-fry until nearly cooked.
  3. Add Veggies: Incorporate bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot; stir-fry for another 3–4 minutes.
  4. Simmer: Pour in water/stock and let the flavours meld for 2 minutes.
  5. Finish: Optionally mix in a dash of smoky mix and serve over rice or noodles.
