Pork Stir-Fry with Vegetables
Ingredients:
- 500 g pork loin, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 broccoli head, cut into florets
- 1 medium carrot, julienned
- 2 tbsp (Ifvenli) spice blend
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup water or stock
- Optional: A dash of smoky mix
Instructions:
- Marinate: Toss the pork slices with (Ifvenli) blend and soy sauce. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Stir-Fry: In a wok or large skillet, heat oil over high heat. Add pork and stir-fry until nearly cooked.
- Add Veggies: Incorporate bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot; stir-fry for another 3–4 minutes.
- Simmer: Pour in water/stock and let the flavours meld for 2 minutes.
- Finish: Optionally mix in a dash of smoky mix and serve over rice or noodles.
