Quick Stir-Fried Beef

Ingredients: 
  • 500 g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, julienned
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp (OseOji Okpoo) spice blend
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup beef broth or water
  • Optional: A dash of smoky mix
Instructions:
  1. Marinate: Toss beef slices with half of the spice blend; let rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Sauté Veggies: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Stir-fry until crisp-tender.
  3. Cook Beef: Add beef and remaining spice blend; stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until lightly browned.
  4. Simmer: Pour in beef broth, simmer for 2 minutes, and finish with a dash of smoky mix if using.
  5. Serve: Serve over noodles or steamed rice.
