Slow-Cooked Pork Shoulder

Ingredients: 
  • 1 kg pork shoulder, cut into chunks
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 3 tbsp (IheAzu) spice blend
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
  1. Brown the Meat: In a heavy pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Brown pork chunks on all sides.
  2. Add Aromatics: Stir in the onion and garlic; cook until translucent.
  3. Simmer: Sprinkle in the (IheAzu) blend and stir to coat. Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil.
  4. Slow Cook: Cover and reduce heat to low; simmer for 2–2.5 hours until pork is meltingly tender.
  5. Serve: Enjoy with mashed potatoes or a side of roasted vegetables.
