Stuffed Bell Peppers with Beef
Ingredients:
- 4 large bell peppers, tops removed and seeded
- 500 g ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp (OseUto) spice blend
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can (400 g) diced tomatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Optional: A dash of smoky mix
Instructions:
- Preheat: Set your oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Prepare Filling: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until soft, then add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in the spice blend, diced tomatoes, rice, and optional smoky mix.
- Stuff: Fill each bell pepper with the beef mixture.
- Bake: Place peppers in a baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
