Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms

Ingredients: 
  • 4 large portobello mushrooms, stems removed
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp (OseUto) spice blend
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: A sprinkle of smoky mix
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
  1. Preheat: Set oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Prepare Filling: In a bowl, combine onion, garlic, tomato, breadcrumbs, (OseUto) blend, salt, pepper, and optional smoky mix.
  3. Stuff: Fill each mushroom cap with the mixture.
  4. Bake: Place on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes until tender.
  5. Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve as a hearty main or side dish.
