Turkey and Vegetable Skillet
Ingredients:
- 500 g ground turkey
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp (OseUto) spice blend
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Optional: A dash of smoky mix
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
- Sauté: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper until tender.
- Cook Turkey: Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Combine: Stir in the spice blend and broth; let simmer for 10 minutes. Add optional smoky mix.
- Finish: Garnish with basil and serve over couscous or rice.
