Turkey and Vegetable Skillet

Ingredients: 
  • 500 g ground turkey
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp (OseUto) spice blend
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional: A dash of smoky mix
  • Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
  1. Sauté: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper until tender.
  2. Cook Turkey: Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  3. Combine: Stir in the spice blend and broth; let simmer for 10 minutes. Add optional smoky mix.
  4. Finish: Garnish with basil and serve over couscous or rice.
