Turkey Burgers

Ingredients: 
  • 500 g ground turkey
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp (Ifvenli) spice blend
  • 1 egg (optional, to bind)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Burger buns and your favourite toppings
  • Optional: A sprinkle of smoky mix in the patties
Instructions:
  1. Mix: In a bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped onion, (Ifvenli) blend, egg (if using), salt, pepper, and optional smoky mix.
  2. Form Patties: Shape into 4 patties.
  3. Cook: Grill or pan-fry over medium heat for about 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through.
  4. Assemble: Serve on buns with lettuce, tomato, and your preferred condiments.
