Turkey Chili

Ingredients: 
  • 500 g ground turkey
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tbsp (OsoNri) spice blend
  • 1 can (400 g) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup turkey or vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional: A pinch of smoky mix
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
  1. Brown Turkey: In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until soft, then add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  2. Mix: Stir in red bell pepper, diced tomatoes, and the (OsoNri) blend (plus optional smoky mix).
  3. Simmer: Pour in broth and let simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Finish: Garnish with cilantro and serve with tortillas or rice.
