Turkey Chili
Ingredients:
- 500 g ground turkey
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 2 tbsp (OsoNri) spice blend
- 1 can (400 g) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup turkey or vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Optional: A pinch of smoky mix
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
- Brown Turkey: In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until soft, then add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Mix: Stir in red bell pepper, diced tomatoes, and the (OsoNri) blend (plus optional smoky mix).
- Simmer: Pour in broth and let simmer for 20 minutes.
- Finish: Garnish with cilantro and serve with tortillas or rice.
