Turkey Chili
Ingredients:
- 500 g ground turkey
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 2 tbsp (Ifvenli) spice blend
- 1 can (400 g) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup turkey or vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp oil
- Optional: A pinch of smoky mix
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
- Brown Turkey: Heat oil in a large pot; sauté onion and garlic until soft, then add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Add Veggies: Stir in bell pepper, (Ifvenli) blend, and smoky mix if using.
- Simmer: Add diced tomatoes and broth, simmer for 15–20 minutes until flavours meld.
- Finish: Garnish with cilantro and serve with cornbread or rice.
