Turkey Cutlets
Ingredients:
- 4 turkey cutlets or thin turkey breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp EhuruAja spice blend
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 cup turkey broth or water
Instructions:
- Season: Rub turkey cutlets with the spice blend.
- Sear: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat; sear each side for about 3 minutes.
- Sauté: Remove cutlets, then cook onion until soft.
- Simmer: Return turkey to the pan, add broth, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve: Plate hot with your favourite side.
