Turkey Cutlets

Ingredients: 
  • 4 turkey cutlets or thin turkey breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp EhuruAja spice blend
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 cup turkey broth or water
Instructions:
  1. Season: Rub turkey cutlets with the spice blend.
  2. Sear: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat; sear each side for about 3 minutes.
  3. Sauté: Remove cutlets, then cook onion until soft.
  4. Simmer: Return turkey to the pan, add broth, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Serve: Plate hot with your favourite side.
