Turkey Meatball Stew
Ingredients:
- 500 g ground turkey
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp (OseUto) spice blend
- 1 egg (optional, for binding)
- 1 cup turkey or vegetable broth
- 1 can (400 g) diced tomatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Optional: A pinch of smoky mix
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- Mix: Combine ground turkey, onion, garlic, spice blend, egg (if using), salt, and pepper.
- Form Meatballs: Shape into small meatballs.
- Brown: In a pot, heat olive oil and brown the meatballs on all sides.
- Simmer: Add diced tomatoes, broth, and optional smoky mix; cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve with rice or crusty bread.
