Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients: 
  • 500 g ground turkey
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg (optional; omit for a lighter version)
  • 2 tbsp EhuruAja spice blend
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs (or gluten-free alternative)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: A dash of smoky mix
Instructions:
  1. Mix: Combine all ingredients in a bowl; form small meatballs (about 1-inch in diameter).
  2. Bake: Arrange on a baking tray; bake at 190°C (375°F) for 20 minutes until cooked.
  3. Finish: Optionally toss meatballs in smoky mix; serve with a dipping sauce or over pasta.
