Turkey Patties
Ingredients:
- 500 g ground turkey
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp (IheAzu) spice blend
- 1 egg (optional, for binding)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
- Combine: In a bowl, mix ground turkey, chopped onion, (IheAzu) blend, egg (if using), salt, and pepper.
- Shape: Form mixture into 4 large patties.
- Cook: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook patties for 5–6 minutes per side until thoroughly cooked.
- Serve: Serve on a bun or atop a salad with your favourite condiments.
