Turkey Skillet with Veggies

Ingredients: 
  • 500 g ground turkey
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp (OsoNri) spice blend
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional: A dash of smoky mix
  • Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
  1. Cook Turkey: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper until tender.
  2. Add Turkey: Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  3. Combine: Stir in the (OsoNri) blend and pour in vegetable broth along with optional smoky mix; simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Finish: Garnish with fresh basil and serve over couscous or rice.
