Turkey Stew

Ingredients: 
  • 500 g turkey breast, cubed
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup turkey or vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp (IheAzu) spice blend
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (400 g)
Instructions:
  1. Brown Turkey: Heat olive oil in a pot; add turkey cubes and brown lightly.
  2. Sauté: Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper; cook until softened.
  3. Simmer: Stir in the (IheAzu) blend, diced tomatoes, and broth. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Cook: Cover and simmer for 20–25 minutes until the turkey is tender.
  5. Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with rice or crusty bread.
