Turkey Stew
Ingredients:
- 500 g turkey breast, cubed
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup turkey or vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp (IheAzu) spice blend
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 can diced tomatoes (400 g)
Instructions:
- Brown Turkey: Heat olive oil in a pot; add turkey cubes and brown lightly.
- Sauté: Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper; cook until softened.
- Simmer: Stir in the (IheAzu) blend, diced tomatoes, and broth. Bring to a simmer.
- Cook: Cover and simmer for 20–25 minutes until the turkey is tender.
- Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with rice or crusty bread.
