Turkey Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients: 
  • 500 g ground turkey
  • 4 large bell peppers, tops cut off and seeded
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp (OseOji Okpoo) spice blend
  • 1/2 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: A dash of smoky mix
  • Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
  1. Preheat: Set oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Prepare Filling: In a bowl, mix ground turkey, onion, garlic, spice blend, rice, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and optional smoky mix.
  3. Stuff: Fill each bell pepper with the turkey mixture.
  4. Bake: Place stuffed peppers in a baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Finish: Garnish with basil and serve warm.
