Vegan Chickpea Wraps
Ingredients:
- 1 can (400 g) chickpeas, drained and roughly mashed
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 small red onion, finely sliced
- 2 tbsp (OseUto) spice blend
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 whole wheat wraps
- 1 cup mixed greens
- Optional: A dash of smoky mix
- Lemon wedges for drizzling
Instructions:
- Mix Filling: In a bowl, combine mashed chickpeas, red bell pepper, onion, (OseUto) blend, olive oil, and optional smoky mix.
- Assemble Wraps: Lay out the wraps, spread in the chickpea mixture, and top with mixed greens.
- Finish: Drizzle with lemon juice, roll tightly, and serve immediately.
