Vegetable Pasta

Ingredients: 
  • 300 g pasta of your choice
  • 1 large zucchini, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp (Ifvenli) spice blend
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: A sprinkle of smoky mix
  • Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
  1. Cook Pasta: Prepare pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté Veggies: In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onion, zucchini, and bell pepper until tender.
  3. Combine: Add cherry tomatoes, (Ifvenli) blend, and smoky mix if desired. Toss in the cooked pasta.
  4. Finish: Season with salt and pepper, garnish with basil, and serve immediately.
